Pashupati Dhungel

Pashupati Dhungel is an energy sector professional with over 15 years of experience in power sector reform, hydropower development, and project management. He has held leadership roles in policy reform, regulatory strengthening, contract administration, and project execution, contributing significantly to Nepal’s energy sector.

Mr. Dhungel holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and has represented Nepal in policy dialogues, donor coordination platforms, energy sector reform and capacity-building programs. He is currently serving as Power Sector Reform Specialist at Millennium Challenge Account Nepal (MCA-Nepal).
